I have more than 13 years experience in the software industry as a technical writer and editor. From early 1995 through 2007, I successfully completed over two dozen writing and editing assignments. Currently, I am working as an editor in Microsoft's online games division. I am the principal editor for the XNA Creators Club Online documentation.

These are my strengths:

Versatility: Familiarity with several programming languages, Internet tools, documentation tools, and platforms. I have written conceptual topics, API descriptions, process descriptions, and various guides for all sorts of users.

Technical knowledge: Ability to digest technical information quickly. That means reading and re-reading specifications and other product information, taking notes, and asking good questions.

Steadiness: Experience with a wide variety of pressure situations. My aim is to bring rock-solid reliability to the workplace every day.
